Who reads the mail
[email protected] is read by the studio coordinator each weekday morning and forwarded to the lead strategist or senior editor according to the subject. Briefing requests should include company name, your role, and links or attachments to recent outward copy. We do not open unsolicited bulk attachments without a prior briefing relationship.

Finding the door
The studio occupies the first floor (#02-01) above a shophouse frontage on Tyrwhitt Road, between Jalan Besar and Lavender. Nearest MRT: Lavender (EW11), approximately eight minutes on foot via Tyrwhitt Road. Look for the plain white doorplate beside the stairwell; the entry is not marked with large signage — we prefer the ledger inside to speak louder than the facade.
Visitors are welcome by appointment. If you arrive without one, ring the bell and we will meet you if someone is available; otherwise we will offer the next open slot. The five-foot way below is shared with neighbouring trades — please do not block access while waiting.
